We recently completed a set of custom 2-piece forged wheels for a 1997 Corvette.
The customer chose a staggered setup with 19×10.0-inch front wheels and 20×12.0-inch rear wheels, using a 5×120.65 PCD. The wheels feature a polished rim with a brushed grey center, combining a clean metallic finish with the classic proportions of the Corvette.
From 3D Design to Finished Wheels
Before production, a 3D wheel design was prepared for the customer to confirm the appearance and specifications.

PCD: 5×120.65

After the design was confirmed, the wheels were produced according to the required fitment and finish.
After receiving the wheels, the customer shared photos of the final installation.
The staggered 19-inch front and 20-inch rear forged wheel setup gives the Corvette a wider stance while maintaining the custom fitment required for the vehicle.
